Scandic Hotels is expanding across Germany by launching their third hotel located in Hamburg by 2028. The hotel will form one of the major transformations of the neighborhood around the station that is central to the city to become a bustling neighborhood of restaurants, offices, hotel rooms, conference space, and event venues.

The hotel that is to be built will be located in the central region of Hamburg and will provide guests with easy access to the major transportation routes such as the city’s bus terminal as well as close rail connections. Its location puts it in the heart of a neighborhood that is undergoing a major transformation including new offices, restaurant spaces, event venues and restaurants changing the area into a bustling urban hub. The hotel will include up to 328 rooms that will provide an elegant and comfortable hotel for those visiting for work, conferences or just for fun.

B&L Group also owns the location that is Scandic Hafenpark, one of Scandic’s current hotels in the city. Scandic’s new hotel will join the already existing properties in Hamburg which include the well-known Scandic Emporio and the upcoming hotel with 430 rooms near Berliner Tor, scheduled to be open by 2030.
